 As a managed services provider (MSP), BereansIT assumes an ongoing responsibility for 24x7x365 monitoring, managing and/or problem resolution for the customer's information systems infrastructure (Databases & applications) and/or end-user systems, typically on a proactive basis and under a subscription model.
